Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of my products I can't do refunds.
However, I want you to be 100% satisfied and happy with your purchase. If you’re having any questions about my products just contact me and I will do my best to help you!
Do you sell your products for commercial use?
I don’t sell templates for commercial use, only for personal use or for your clients (one purchase for one client, meaning if you want to use my product for different clients you have to re-purchase it every time for a new client).
You are NOT allowed to resell or distribute the original files bought from me.
Do I need to have Canva Pro to use this kit?
No, only a free Canva account needed. You can use the account you already have or create a new one here.
How to edit your templates?
You need to have a free Canva account in order to access and edit my templates.
Basic knowledge of Canva is required.
What is included in your Branding kits?
Branding kit includes over 1000 pre-designed templates for Canva (all are shown in the preview images), so after the purchase you receive a PDF file with links to these Canva templates where you can edit the texts/photos and save the files for future use.
This product is for your own editing in Canva, no services/custom work included.
Can I change the colors of the templates?
Of course! Everything is changeable and customizable in Canva.com (you can change the colors, fonts, add or remove photos, add your own logo to the templates etc).
